When Chef Kenny Gilbert invited me to shoot the food and restaurant interiors for his new Southside restaurant concept, I practically jumped out of my seat. Not only am I a huge Chef Kenny fangirl (going back to the days of Top Chef Season 7) but I'm a huge fan of his food.
