Swine & Sons in Orlando, Florida, was the setting for this editorial photography assignment created for Food Network ahead of Chef Alexia Gawlak's appearance on Beat Bobby Flay (Season 39, Episode 12, "Southern Comfort"). The goal of the shoot was to create a visual story that introduced both the chef and the restaurant through a combination of chef portraits, restaurant interiors, food photography, and candid moments in the kitchen. These images are used during the show's opening slideshow, giving viewers a glimpse of the chef, the food, and the restaurant before the competition begins.
Throughout the day, we documented everything from the smoker and signature sandwiches to plated dishes and environmental portraits, capturing the personality that makes Swine & Sons one of Orlando's standout restaurants.
