Honored to work alongside Chef Michael Michaelidis at MILA in Miami Beach — a culinary master with 26 Michelin stars — capturing his artistry for Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay, Chopped Takedown. This project featured a great mix of interior/exterior, portrait, food and journalistic shots.
I recently had the honor of working with the Forking Amazing Restaurant group to produce images of their brand new desserts. When Chef Michael Bump came on board recently as the head pastry chef, he immediately set to work revamping the dessert menus for local favorites Il Desco, Ovinté, and Bistro AIX.
